To properly test Hurom H310A, I decided to make a juice using some of the trickiest vegetables; spinach and beetroot!

Why did I say the trickiest? Because the beetroot can be too hard for some juicers. Spinach, like other leafy greens, is also quite demanding and it is not possible to juice it with every juicer (the best ones for leafy greens are horizontal ones, like Hurom GI).

I have also added one Granny Smith apple and one carrot to this juice. I named it “Spinach-Beet Delight”.

Ingredients

  • A handful of spinach
  • Beetroot
  • Apple
  • Carrot

Procedure

  • Wash the spinach. I’m using Ikea UPPFYLLD Salad spinner which I usually use to remove all the water after washing the produce.
  • Peel the carrot and beetroot. Cut them into smaller pieces, small enough to fit the juicer.
  • Remove the apple seed and cut the apple into smaller pieces if needed.
  • Feed the juicer with all the produce and wait for your juice

Weight Loss Juice

For even better immune boosting, a squeeze of lemon can add extra vitamin C.
