Ingredients
- 3 grapefruits
- 4 large carrots
- 3cm (1.2- inch) piece ginger
- ½ tsp turmeric
Procedure
- Rinse the produce under running water. Make sure there is no mud stuck on the carrots or ginger.
- Peel the grapefruits and split them into four pieces.
- Peel and cut carrots into chunks. Peel and chop the ginger.
- Put the fruits in the juicer.
- Follow with the carrot’s chunks and ginger
- Turn on the juicer and process until all the ingredients are juiced.
- Once you get the juice, add 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder
- Pour into a glass and enjoy. (Since you will get more than one serving, you can keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days)
