Ingredients
- 1 handful of fresh spinach (20-40g)
- 2 Honeycrisp apples
- 1 fennel bulb
- ½ lemon
Procedure
- Wash all the produce under running water.
- Rinse the spinach thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticides. After washing the produce, you can use any salad spinner to remove all the water.
- Core the apples and cut them in half.
- Trim the fennel bulb by cutting off the fronds and the base, then slice it into chunks.
- Peel the lemon and remove any seeds.
